What does Double Menu cost?
Double Menu costs €29 a month for Line, €69 for Smart and €199 for Multi. The price is per account, not per user or per location, and every plan includes the call-menu builder and a real phone number. Line is keypad routing with no AI on the call path; Smart is the first plan with AI branches.

One price per account, not per user and not per location. Three things are billed separately from the subscription and shown in your dashboard before the invoice: AI minutes, text messages, and one-time call packs. Double Menu is sold by Creem B.V. as merchant of record.
Need more calls than your plan includes?
Extra calls are sold as one-time packs, not as a subscription and not as an automatic per-call charge. Unused bought calls roll over, and a pack raises both your call balance and the point at which calls stop.

What happens if you keep going
Passing your included calls costs nothing and stops nothing. If an account runs 50% past the calls its plan includes, the line answers, plays your configured message and ends the call until you add a pack or the monthly allowance resets. Your account shows the room left before that point.
