Call menu demo

Hear Double Menu as a caller

Listen to Double Menu call-menu samples and follow each prompt, keypress and configured branch. Every sample states its language, voice, lowest plan, configuration notes and publication date, so you can judge what callers would hear before mapping a flow for your business.

These are controlled product demonstrations made for this page. They contain no customer calls, testimonials or measured business results.

Choose the call you want to hear

Start with the job closest to your business. Market labels describe the script and terminology; they do not promise that numbers or checkout are available in that country.

Request a callback when the team is busy

A local-service menu lets the caller choose the team, a saved callback, directions by text or opening hours. This sample follows the callback path.

Rendered sample · Not a recorded callThe prompts are rendered by Double Menu’s own text-to-speech. The call around them is assembled for this page.

Book a time using only the keypad

The menu reads available times and takes the booking on the keypad — without sending caller speech to an AI provider. Each time is spoken as a separate pre-rendered clip, exactly as the call runtime plays it.

Rendered sample · Not a recorded callThe prompts are rendered by Double Menu’s own text-to-speech. The call around them is assembled for this page.

Send an urgent service call to the configured team

A plumbing and heating menu separates urgent service, routine scheduling and a direct person path. It is not an emergency service. Each language uses its own market’s emergency number.

Rendered sample · Not a recorded callThe prompts are rendered by Double Menu’s own text-to-speech. The call around them is assembled for this page.

What this path requires Urgent service on 1; routine scheduling on 2; direct team on 0; digit 1 points to a controlled test number.

Configured outcome Digit 1 is configured to ring the urgent-service number.

Speech, AI and recording Fixed keypad path. No caller speech is sent to an AI provider, recorded or transcribed. Prompts were synthesized from typed text before the call.

Double Menu is not an emergency service and does not replace your local emergency number.

Follow the path, not just the audio

Press play and the transcript follows the words in the recording. A numbered marker shows when the caller pressed a key. The branch label describes a path configured by the business, not an intention inferred by Double Menu. The outcome panel then states what that path is set up to do. Check the plan and configuration notes before deciding whether the same path fits your account.

Know when caller speech reaches AI

The samples published here use fixed keypad paths. Caller speech is not streamed to an AI provider, recorded or transcribed on those paths.

Their prompts were synthesized from typed text before any call — that process uses the menu scripts, not a caller’s voice. It is the same rendering the product does when you publish a menu.

Any future live-AI sample must be explicitly labelled and publish its provider, spoken notice, recording setting and retention choice before playback.

Frequently asked questions

No. Every sample is a versioned product demonstration made specifically for this page. The businesses and caller jobs are demonstration contexts, not customer identities or case studies. We publish the script, setup and sample date so you can judge the path without mistaking it for evidence of customer performance.

Map the first call your menu should handle

Choose one repeatable caller job — not every edge case at once. We will map the prompts, keys, person path and fallback needed to test it safely.

Your next missed call is costing you a booking.
